Josh Gelfand, owner and operator of Revolution Glass Studio, is dedicated to teaching the art of glassblowing, and was a prominent faculty member at Public Glass in San Francisco. He studied glassblowing at San Francisco State University, Pilchuck Glass School in Washington and Penland School of Crafts in North Carolina. With almost twenty years of glassblowing experience, Josh has been the recipient of several scholarships in glassblowing and in Summer 2001 apprenticed with artist Italo Scanga.

Josh's exceptional glassworks have been exhibited at galleries throughout the United States. In his work, he celebrates the beautiful form and functionality of glass art, taking a precise, personal approach in a uniquely Minimalist style. Josh's masterful works capture the intrinsic properties of glass: light, form, fluidity and color.
